Waffles… I used to love them as a kid and it has been years since I last had one and all memories of them are extremely fond mmm.. These are one of the many foods that I’ve been forced to give up on in order to join slimming world and reach my target weight which is still some distance to go, but one does miss these delightful treats… This is the perfect tag for me 😂 I saw this first on Siobhan’s Novelties

  • Link back to the original creator, Kat @ Novels & Waffles
  • Feel free to use any of the waffle graphics in this post, just make sure to credit her (pretty please with lots of maple syrup on top) (I’m definitely going to be using them because they’re super cute!!! –Kay)
  • Tag as many people as you want (or don’t want) to. No pressure here, folks

The Hobbit or There and Back Again

When I think of my time reading this book I get feelings of joy as this truly was a fun read! Anyone who hasn’t already read this needs to do so immediately!

Journey to the River Sea

Such a satisfying book with good characters and a happy yet realistic ending, I have read a few books from this author and have yet to try her books for older people but I have definite plans to someday.

The Windup Girl

When I read this book it reminded me of all the fun times I had going to Thailand as a child because the author captures the culture here perfectly and this had me looking back a few years.

Mage's Blood (Moontide Quartet, #1)

Ramita from this book was a character my heart went out to considering what happened to her. She was also a character I was rooting for because of her gentle nature in the face of all her challenges, but that could all change as this is only the first book!

Zero K

I think I want to reread this book someday despite the fact it made me feel low when reading it. This is a book about moral and philosophical speculations about death which was really interesting but I think I read it at the wrong point in my life as I was going through a low spell earlier this year so perhaps I will try this again.

The Winter Ghosts

A different type of ghost story mixed with historical elements of the Cathars that proved to be a decent read if not a bit strange. I will be reading more from this author though that’s for sure.

The Last Olympian (Percy Jackson and the Olympians, #5)

Honestly this is a bit embarrassing as I have started many series and not finished them despite my ongoing hopes and efforts to try 😛 I think the PJ series is the longest series I have actually stuck with and finished and of course it was totally worth it! Now I’m on the Heroes of Olympus series hoping to finish those too…

Hmm… not sure I have any except my fabulous collection of bookmarks that I have picked up and collected at every opportunity and convenience 😉

Anyone who wants to do this tag, you can consider yourselves tagged 🙂
